The Alder Flats Fitness Centre features a variety of Cardio and Strength Training classess. These classes include circuits, kick boxing, army drills, bosu ball workouts, boot camp and ball workouts. We offer certified fitness instructors and a motivational gift program. Join an exercise class or workout on your own!
Toning Classes can be with bands, light weights or body bars.
Pilates and Core Workouts are also offered.
